Traditional Chinese Medicine is a wonderful approach to healing, for both acute or chronic conditions.

My goal is to provide education and quality care for each patient.

Acupuncture is very relaxing regardless of the reason for treatment, and you don't have to worry about side effects.

Every plan of care is determined to meet the specific needs of each individual.  Some factors that will determine plan of care:  severity of ailment, patient goals, medical history, symptoms and age. Most patients report significant results after their first few treatment sessions.

** Before your session, please eat a light meal, avoid brushing your teeth the morning of, and if you're taking medications- please bring that information with you.**

Acupuncture treatments often leave patients feeling relaxed. And the days that follow may even bring about improved sleep, digestion, and a general feeling of well-being. Similarly, some patients report a more profound and strong impact in the days after a session.

Stress management, emotional support, preventative medicine, and maintenance care (balance) are all excellent uses for Chinese Medicine therapies.

Along with acupuncture and/or other modalities, a Chinese Herbal formula may be prescribed as a raw herbal formula, powder tea formula or capsules along with lifestyle recommendations.
