CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

You will be charged 100% of your allocated appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours.

Even Flow Acupuncture accepts FSA + HSA funds and will provide all forms for insurance reimbursement.
